The online store delivers bouquets through its own Delivery Service.

Delivery is carried out strictly within the cities specified during the order process.

Payment Options:

  1. Payment is made through the system of JSC "Bereke Bank".

Delivery Hours: 24 hours a day.

Delivery is carried out within a 1-2 hour time frame.
Delivery times may vary by +/- 15 minutes from the scheduled time, due to road traffic or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the delivery.
If you need same-day delivery or urgent delivery within 1-2 hours, please contact us, and we will try to offer you available options.

Delivery Location

Delivery is made to the address specified when placing the order. If you need to deliver the item to a different address, please inform us of the new address via WhatsApp using the provided phone number: +7 776 810 08 88.

Refusal of Goods

If the Recipient refuses the goods for unjustified reasons (i.e., the goods meet the Order but the Recipient does not want to accept them for personal reasons), the money will not be refunded to the Customer.

Attention! Please note that cut flowers, potted plants, bouquets, and floral arrangements of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange, as they are perishable goods. According to Article 30 of the LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN - On Consumer Rights Protection (with amendments from 05.07.2011), plants cannot be returned or exchanged.

Payments.

Payment by bank card online

The Lion Flowers service is connected to Internet acquiring, and you can pay for the Service by bank card of international payment systems. After confirming the selected Tariff, a secure window with the payment page of the processing center of JSC Bereke Bank will open.

You need to enter your bank card details. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3-D Secure protocol is used. If your Issuing Bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. For information on the rules and methods of additional identification, please contact the authorized Issuing Bank.
The online payment service is carried out in accordance with the rules of the International payment systems on the principles of maintaining confidentiality and security of payment, for this purpose the most up-to-date methods of verification, encryption and data transmission over closed communication channels are used. Bank card details are entered in a secure window on the payment page of the processing center.
The fields on the payment page require you to enter the card number, cardholder name, card expiration date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA or CVC2 for MasterCard). All the necessary data is displayed on the surface of the bank card. CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code located on the back of the card.
Then, in the same window, the page of your issuing bank will open for entering the 3-D Secure code. If you have not configured static 3-D Secure, it will be sent to your phone number via SMS. If you have not received the 3-D Secure code, you should contact your issuing bank.
3-D Secure is the most modern technology for ensuring the security of card payments on the Internet. It allows you to clearly identify the authenticity of the cardholder performing the transaction and minimize the risk of fraudulent card transactions.

1. Security guarantees.

The processing center of Bereke Bank JSC protects and processes your bank card data in accordance with the PCI DSS 3.0 security standard. Transfer of information to the payment gateway occurs using SSL encryption technology. Further transfer of information occurs through closed banking networks with the highest level of security. JSC "Bereke Bank" does not transfer your card details to other third parties. For additional authentication of the cardholder, the 3-D Secure protocol is used.

2. Security of online payments.

The personal information you provide (name, address, phone number, e-mail, credit card number) is confidential and is not subject to disclosure. Your credit card details are transferred only in encrypted form and are not stored on the Lion Flowers service.
The security of processing Internet payments is guaranteed by JSC "Bereke Bank". All transactions with payment cards are carried out in accordance with the requirements of international payment systems. When transferring information, specialized security technologies for online card payments are used, data processing is carried out on a secure high-tech server of the processing company.
Payment by payment cards is safe because: The authorization system guarantees the buyer that the payment details of his payment card (number, expiration date, CVV2 / CVC2) will not fall into the hands of fraudsters, since this data is not stored on the authorization server and cannot be stolen.
The buyer enters his payment details directly in the authorization system of Bereke Bank JSC, and not in the Lion Flowers application, therefore, the payment details of the buyer's card will not be available to third parties.

3. Rules for purchasing a service.

By paying for the selected tariff on the Lion Flowers service, you confirm your consent to the public offer agreement located at https://en.lionflowers.kz/public-offer.

4. Refunds.

To return funds to a bank card, you must fill out the "Application for a refund", which is sent by the company to an email address upon request, and send it along with a copy of your identity document to lionpremiumgifts@yandex.kz.

Refusal of goods

If the Recipient refuses the goods for objective reasons: i.e. the goods correspond to the Order, but the Recipient simply does not want to take the goods for personal reasons. In this case, the funds are not returned to the Customer.

Second case: if the goods are refused less than 12 hours before delivery, the refund amount is 50%. Claims for goods are accepted upon delivery of the bouquet to the Recipient. The goods are replaced within 2-3 hours after delivery of the goods to the Recipient. In other cases, the goods are not subject to return and the amount for the goods is not refunded.
